McLeod Auto Sales is the dealership you contact about vehicles, financing, trades, and service. Relevant Dealer provides website technology and related services. References to the Dealership mean McLeod Auto Sales; references to Relevant Dealer describe its role as a service provider.

This website notice supplements, and does not replace, the Dealership’s complete privacy policy, applicable state-specific disclosures, or any financial privacy notice provided with a credit application or transaction. Information collected

Depending on how you use the website, information may include your name, email address, phone number, contact preferences, vehicle interests, trade-in details, appointment requests, and messages. Financing forms may request addresses, employment, income, identification, and other information needed to evaluate your request. Provide sensitive financial or identification information only through the designated application—not by ordinary email or chat.

The website may also collect technical and activity information, such as browser and device information, network addresses in server logs, referral domains, pages viewed, vehicle interests, time spent, and interactions with applications and contact tools. Cookies and similar technologies can maintain sessions, remember preferences, associate activity with requests, secure the website, and measure performance.

If you use the shopping assistant, your messages, supplied contact details, and relevant browsing or form context may be processed to answer questions and help dealership staff follow up. Automated answers can be inaccurate; confirm vehicle, financing, and purchase details with the Dealership.

How information is used and shared

For a financing request, information may be shared with lenders and other transaction participants as described in the application authorizations and applicable financial privacy notices. Google Analytics and Google API Data

Relevant Dealer may allow authorized business users to connect their Google Analytics accounts to our services using Google OAuth.

When a user authorizes this connection, we may access Google Analytics data associated with the properties the user has permission to access. This may include website traffic, users, sessions, traffic sources, page performance, engagement metrics, events, conversions/key events, and related Google Analytics dimensions and metrics.

We use this information solely to provide customer-facing analytics, reporting, website performance insights, dashboards, and related services requested by the authorized customer.

Relevant Dealer requests read-only access to Google Analytics data. We do not use this access to create, modify, or delete Google Analytics data or account settings.

Google Analytics data may be securely stored or processed as necessary to provide these services. We do not sell Google user data or use Google Analytics data for advertising unrelated to the customer who authorized access.

We may share or process this data only with service providers necessary to operate and secure our services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Users may revoke Relevant Dealer's access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account permissions or by disconnecting the integration within our application.

Relevant Dealer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls offered on the website. Blocking cookies may affect functionality. Use unsubscribe instructions in marketing emails, or reply STOP to text messages where supported. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop transaction-related communications.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. Legal retention requirements and other exceptions may apply. Do not email Social Security numbers, passwords, or complete financial account details.

Disconnecting a Google account ends future authorized access; it does not necessarily delete previously retained reports. Contact support@relevantdealer.com to request deletion of retained Google API data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Retention, security, and third-party services

Information is retained as needed for the purposes described in applicable notices, including customer service, transactions, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Retention varies by information type and service. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Linked websites, lenders, map providers, and other third-party services may have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. This website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
