The environment was warm and inviting; they offered coffee and water and even gave my little sister a lollipop.   My salesman was Johnny Mac. However, after reading his name tag, I realized that he wasn't a salesman at all, but rather, a "solution specialist" lol. But, as it turns out, that's exactly what he was. I had some problems that every other dealership i talked to couldn't solve, but the guys at McLeod were able to find a solution for me and put me in a car. My credit wasn't the best, but they still got me an affordable monthly payment (with a really good warranty and gap insurance!). Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience and would recommend that anyone in the centex looking for a car start at McLeod.

I was kinda skeptical about going their because i did read a few bad reviews about this place but I know see that they are just angry and since they could not get what they want they wright a bad review. Well my experience was awesome if i could give them more stars i would give them a million. I have horrible credit and 2 repos i doubted they could help me but Dean and Michelle made it happen. I now have a great 2016 Chevy Impala fully loaded thanks to them. I love my new car. I never in a million years would have seen my self driving a almost new car.

  Amazing car dealership! My previous car was nailed by a flash flood and the following day after the accident, I was already in a newer and nicer car. Before the deal I was at a 11.29% interest rate but after meeting with the financial advisor here at the dealership, I walked away with a 3.2% interest rate! All the employees are friendly and really understanding. I would recommend any of my friends or family to shop here.

  I have had my truck for about a year and a half. The buying process was amazing. Gene was our guy and he was great. My expedition did have a rough start when it came to repairs with these guys, nothing major thank goodness but it was a pain. Once they finally got a guy in there who was not a crook ( I say crook because the old bastard claimed he fixed a part when he didnt) the problem with my AC got fixed. Knock on wood, but I have not had a problem with my truck since. I am planning on returning to them for a trade up in a year or two.

  This is by far the best dealership I have been too. So much better than my last experience with CarMax down in North Austin. Way less of a struggle to get what you want. The Employees were great, very friendly and always made it a good environment to be in. Bruce was definitely a big help, very knowledgeable about cars. He didn't pressure me into anything, gave me pros and cons when they were due. We had a miscommunication problem with the Bank I was getting the loan from, and he helped make sure everything happened, and worked out. They have a great inventory of cars, from sports cars, to trucks, to fuel efficient cars. Thank you McLeod Auto Sales
